Slow Cooker Honey Chicken Wraps Recipe

Fancied trying this recipe from, but made a few changes to make it more family friendly and to work around the difficulty getting some of the ingredients in the UK. It was delicious and very easy to prepare.

The major changes were dropping the onion completely, using Cirio tomato passata, reducing the garlic powder by 1/3 and using paprika instead of the chipotles/adobo sauce.

I then spooned out a bit of the extra sauce and mixed it with sriracha sauce to add heat back in for those of us who like a bit of chilli warmth.


Cooked for 4 hours on high. Maybe a bit less time if you're just using chicken breasts, but the mix of breast and thigh worked well.

Served with grated vintage cheddar and sliced radishes.
