Batter for Pancakes and Yorkshire Pudding
Since I always forget this I'm writing it down...
Ingredients
- 125g plain flour
- pinch salt
- 300ml milk
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Combine egg, salt, flour, half the milk, mix thoroughly with a whisk
- Continue to whisk while adding remaining milk until mixture is smooth and surface covered with small bubbles.
