Pork in Apple and Rosemary Gravy

  1. Heat a little olive oil in a pan big enough to take the pork steaks.
  2. Put pork steaks in hot pan.
  3. Sprinkle rosemary on the top of both pork steaks, and flip the steaks after 2 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle rosemary on the top of both pork steaks, and flip the steaks after 2 minutes.
  5. When the steaks start to look nicely cooked, put 6 generous teaspoons of apple sauce in the pan, and cook for a further couple of minutes.
  6. Add pork stock, cover pan, and simmer on a medium heat for 45 minutes.

Best served with mashed potatoes.
