Microwave Treacle Sponge
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz self-raising flour
- 4 oz sugar
- 4oz butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- some Golden Syrup
Instructions
- Mix eggs, flour, sugar, butter and milk.
- Pour golden syrup into bottom of a glass pudding basin.
- Pour cake mix on top.
- Microwave for 5 minutes.
- Eat with custard.
